My husband was seen by Dr. Burghardt and he did do a great job, however when I called the office prior to post op appointment to inform them the insurance we had was terminated and I needed to know if there would be a charge for his post op appointment, I was told no it was part of his first appointment. Well needless to say they charged us. This is upsetting because we would have cancelled the appointment due to the fee! I HATE WHEN PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST!
