My husband and I both had appointments at OMC with Dr Michels as our new primary care physician last week. We both had a very positive experience! The front desk, Jacob, the medical assistant and Dr Michels were all very pleasant, thorough and professional. Dr Michels was very easy going creating an environment where you felt comfortable sharing any concern and questioned us on possible treatments allowing us to be in control of our care.

Didn't have to wait any time at all and Dr. Michels was so understanding about my need for eczema medication since the dermatology place closed and I can't get in with another dermatologist for a long time, if ever. Good visit and well handled by the medical assistant and the doctor. Both professional and did a great job.

I was very impressed with the staff including Dr Michel’s medical assistant. Most impressive, however, was Dr Michels himself. He was professional, astute to my needs and explained my test results enabling me to make my own decisions making referrals where needed. Lucky I am to have him as my doctor and the support therein. 😁
