Thomas Rug did a fantastic job cleaning the rug in a good timeframe for a great price. Everyone there is nice and helpful. I'd elaborate but I'd just be repeating my praise. This place is great and will easily help you out with whatever you need. I'll be going back!

Beautiful work and incredible communication - not to mention delivery! Each time I take my rugs to Thomas, I know they are in good hands. They always explain clearly what my options are and the prices accordingly. Most times it's a simple cleaning but other times I need mending that can be a bigger job and they are always reasonable and do an excellent job restoring my 100 year old rugs bags to their original state. Thank you!
