Don’t post certain hours on your door if you’re not going to be there. I knocked three times after I saw a woman (assuming the bookkeeper) go in and was ignored. Bad service.

Called up Thompson as a international business client needing accounting and compliance assistance. The lady who answered the ph cut me off during my brief introduction and told me that she was busy in a meeting and to "hang up and DON'T call back". Not good. We could have been a very good account too.
