I want to commend the team at Thorson for delivering an exceptional experience while shopping and leasing a new GMC Acadia Denali this week. Everyone from our salesperson (Natalee) to her associate (Aga) to the sales and finance leaders were helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Natalee in particular stood out with her friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile. The dealership also had the best selection of vehicles to choose from. Kudos to the team at Thorson! I recommend making the trip out to Pasadena to experience it yourself.

I was handled very professionally by my service advisor and the lady that received my payment. The courtesy driver is always very perfect with calling me on time for pick up and drop off. I was impressed by the fact that I could secure an appointment over the phone with Vince and also the service was done in very good time period

I really tried with the place. The first time I went the service wasn't great. However, when I sent the second time. I figured, hey it's been awhile maybe things will get better. I also, needed to tow my car and my usually mechanic does not do electrical work. I needed an ECU replaced. I bought one that was preprogrammed. I told them this, and they decided to argue with me about if it was or not. To the point I needed to send them an email just to prove myself. I told them all they needed to do is put it in and sync it. I would've done it myself if I had the time. It took them 4 days to do this job. I asked them why it took them so long. They told me they needed to drive it longer to check the computer was working. I took the car back, drove it only 7miles and the locks started to unlock and lock while I was driving, and the engine started to act weird. I told them the issue, and that I wanted to have it fixed as soon as possible. The service manager Casey Ruiz starts talking to me like he wanted to fight. I was professional told him not to speak over me. He says "you know what you can bring your car back, but it is going to be two days until we get to it, because we have other customers". Therefore, I contacted the "Service Director" Angel who disrespects me the same way. I had to tell them that I gave them my car in hopes of them doing what they've said. The mechanic/technician said my ECU was fine, and everything checked out. I just want Thorson Buick GMC to do what they've said, and I will be out of your hair. They took my car, and stated I needed new battery cables that would cost them $941 to fix because they needed to find after market cable kit. I was going to do it, but something (GOD) told me to take my car. I did, and found out that I can get this fix about $400 cheaper. In short, don't go here. No matter how convenient it is, or even if they say they will cut you a deal. Go elsewhere. I am not coming back. If it wasn't for one Service Technician named Randy Bruno who was professional. I would've given them a 1 star. Go elsewhere people. This place is not worth the headache.
