First, the store is not located at the actual dealership...not a huge deal UNLESS you need a part when you are at the dealership and then have to go to the other location to get it. Second, when the staff goes to lunch they leave one person at the counter who tells you to come back AFTER the rest of the staff return from lunch (whenever that is...). I don't understand that, because I walked into the PARTS store to get a PART, then the counter person told me it showed in the computer that the part is in stock, but that it was located at the DEALERSHIP (but why isn't the actual part located at the part store?). Either way, it was a PITA to have to rearrange my day around the place of business that doesn't have something as simple as a contingency plan in place (for lunch).
