What impressed me the most was how Aziz (owner) and his team took on the challenge of my unique order and found a solution that was better than anything I was expecting. What I originally requested wasn't possible. I had called a handful of other shops that I had used before and I was rejected by all. The folks at Thready did not shy from the order and eventually came up with something better than my original request.

My order was to add a custom logo to a small set of Filson bags. All the other vendors I approached were scared to work on a product from Filson because of it's thick insulation and high value (they were afraid of damaging the bags). Aziz and the team at Thready ran through options and eventually found a fantastic design with a hand stitched leather patch. I had a chance to share the design with folks and Filson and they were blown away by the craftsmanship and placement.

And not to be forgotten, this entire order was fulfilled in 24 hours.
