Took my senior (deaf) dog to self wash and the employee came to the back to greet us and startled him causing him to bark and as I reassured him the employee says "Unfortunately aggressive dogs are not allowed, so its a no go" I have brought my dogs into the store several other times, and on this occasion, we came in the front door past 2 people with 2 dogs without incident. I am offended and angry to be treated so rudely. I do not recommend a pet store that has employees that label pets as aggressive without explanation..........and reading other reviews this has happened to others.
Soooooo I had 20 minutes to wait for a order of food...I was parked on the corner and noticed dog toys in a window so nosey me..I wandered in.... Glad I did...this place was soooooo cool...vibrant...colorful..positive atmosphere..what more can ya ask for. Great variety of products for the health of your dogs and cats...toys...art...clothing...even a place to bath your animal if you bring them in..cool. The owner was seriously nice and very knowledgeable about all the products in the store..very nice to talk with and bought a toy for my dog....I will be back soon..I needed more time to look at the great stuff that's for sale. Perfect spot on the corner in town. Remember to support your local business they are the backbone of a community.
