We have no other option here. That's not an issue, until you get to know the people and practices they utilize. There's overwhelming deception & nepotism running rampant and oversight is non-existent. Go to the monthly meetings and get to know Don, his daughter, ber bff and his wife. They are your water association. All repairs are contracted and they seem to still be working from home. The chlorine content has increased and pressure has decreased. 10 year planning is coming up. If you are a member, PLEASE PARTICIPATE!
I am so happily amazed by the professionalism and the pleasantness of the crew that works out Weber Rd. I have had an occasion to call worried about a pipe and they responded quickly and were so nice about everything! In the recent past they repaired two breaks in the line. They went over and above with communication and clean up after. It is nice to have the human professional in todays hi tech world!
