I'm a patient with their main office and like the attentiveness of the doctors when my kids are sick. They always try to get us in if they can. Took my 2 month old here for a suspected ear infection. After waiting and checking in on my phone (weird process) the doctor comes in and tells me 'yup his ears look irritated and red but I'm not going to prescribe antibiotics because it could get better or worse in a couple days and I don't want to ruin his gut microbiome'. I'm a crunchy mom but when it comes to under 6 months of age babies can't fight infections without help. The other times I've been here went decently well. The front desk checked you in and the doctors all times were friendly that was also when they first opened up.

So I visited on a Sunday for a sinus infection and possible fluid in my ears. The doc told me I had fluid in the right ear, which I don't. I asked for Zpak (antibiotic) and she told me Zpak doesn't work for sinuses. My ear nose & throat doc (Dr Fong) told me Zpak does work for sinuses and the antibiotic this doc gave me wasn't even for sinus infections - it was for skin infections. I also informed her that I was a diabetic, and she prescribed a steroid, which I can't take. I went to an urgent care because I felt horrible and ended up leaving with 2 meds that wouldn't work for what I have, and the steroid actually raised my blood sugar so high it scared me. Urgent care should employ doctor's who know what they're doing and this doc clearly didn't. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The receptionists should 100% check people in. We had to use multiple devices to get their system to allow us to get checked in. 2 other patients also came in and everyone had the same problems. Highly unprofessional.
Almost upgraded them to 2 stars because the nurse was great, but the doc just walked in, barely looked, issued perscriptions, and walked out
