I DON'T CARE WHAT THE HATERS SAY, ANNA ( The Owner ) IS AMAZING!!!! MY WIFE HAS STAGE 3 CANCER, AND BECAUSE OF SOME UNFORTUNATE, AND UNSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WE'RE ONE STEP AWAY FROM BEING HOMELESS. AND ( Along with CCAP ) SHE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT ACCOMMODATING TO US, WHICH IS NICE BECAUSE MY WIFE IS SUFFERING FROM STAGE 3 CANCER CURRENTLY, WHEN NO ONE ELSE CARED. TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS, IT'S A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!!! ( And Affordable too ) SO DON'T BOTHER USING ANY OF THE " Frank Hotels " IN THE AREA, YOU'LL GET BASICALLY THE SAME QUALITY HERE, FOR A MORE MODERATELY PRICED ROOM!!!!

This is a motel, and for a motel I give it 5 stars. For location I give it 5 stars however it appears that there are only 4 rooms for rent. The rest of property is some other kind of residence. It’s a bit dated and the rest of the property is a little ruff. So I have to take the rating to a 4 star. I must admit the room was VERY clean. If you are the least bit picky or spoiled, this is not the place for you.
