Out of every monthly bill I have, this is the only one that doesn't offer credit card auto pay. The world is stressful enough, why can't you guys step into the 21st century and offer CC autopay? Help me simplify my life that little bit more....

I continue to receive "late" charges on my bill which is baffling as none of my other "bill pay" parties have a problem. I have called and asked about the charges and a rather defensive individual response with "I open all the incoming mail and so it must be your issue." Last month I sent an online payment (granted it goes by mail as the TC Utilities hasn't figured out how to receive electronic payments) on July 10th and it had not been posted to my account prior to the due date of July 21st! 10+days for a payment to be posted. Ridiculous.
