Extremely disappointed at how they treat their patients. Livier Bejinez, who has seen my mom multiple times, is probably one of most impatient and rude practitioners we've ever dealt with. I understand majority of appnts are set for either 15 minutes or 30 minutes. However, she is always in a rush to get out of the examination room and doesn't listen to the patient's concerns. People like that should not be in the medical field. I understand some patients are a bit different than others, but it doesn't give them the right to make them feel unheard and worthless, especially with the elderly. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing, especially since my mom has to attend these appnts on her own and I'm not able to be there due to work. Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center please do better. This is not okay.
