Nilo was extremely professional, very helpful and showed me a lot of items with patience! So thankful for her! She was honest, informative, and attentive. Couldn’t thank her or recommend her enough! She was not pushy or aggressive like other sales people.
The staff is terrific, attentive and professional. The selection SUCKS!!! Tiffany stores use to have a terrific selection of neat trinkets other than jewelry that blue collar workers like myself, could manage. The selection of those type of items is slim at best, and the price of unimaginative jewelry is rediculous. Come on Tiffany!!! I have purchased several items for my wife over the years, and all of them were unique, beautiful, and fairly priced. It seems those days are gone. It's really too bad.
I am planning on visiting this store next month. I'm so excited!! I visited the store in San Francisco and was helped by a wonderful gentleman named Jon. It was an absolute amazing experience. Bought stuff for my friend Bonnie and for myself. So after this amazing experience I took my daughter to the Beverly Hills Rodeo location. We purchased here as well. However, this experience was so incredibly disappointing. After my review the manager called me and apologized profusely. The girl who started out helping us and then abandoned us to be on her phone standing against the wall was let go. I am hoping for a incredible experience in Seattle to renew my faith.
