Worst.Customer.Service.Ever!
Attempted to exchange a brand new, unopened, never worn silver bracelet for one that was gold, but my receipt was past the 30 day mark so they refused to work with me at all. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but rather an exchange for something that was clearly more expensive. The entire store was completely absent of any other customers and they had at least seven employees wandering around but they didn’t care to make a sale of any kind.
Next, went to the repair area to have them fix a defective bracelet (the little heart fell off the chain) and they informed me it was going to be $75 to repair it. Absolutely apalling! It shouldn’t have fallen off in the first place!
Finally, tried to get my parking validated because they told me they validate and apparently I entered through the incorrect entrance so they couldn’t help me with that either. I admit, my error, but it just added to the frustration.
After a 40 year relationship with Tiffini, (beginning with a high school graduation gift from parents) I am completely finished with them and will never again shop here. Overpriced. Arrogant. Unyielding. You shouldn’t either.
