Looking to purchase 400sqft plus of Ledger stone tiles. Unfortunately, the customer service in the store was uninterested in dealing with my enquiries. Will look for my tiles elsewhere. And in response to the owners comment about charging $10 deposit for a tike sample. I have no problem with leaving a deposit which I totally understand. But, after the poor customer service I received while in your store (I was the only customer at the time) followed by the $10 deposit I had to leave for 1 tile was enough to make me leave your store with no samples. And for the record, no damaged tile sample option was discussed.

Thank you for the great customer service, Ali was a pleasure to work with! Our tile was delivered to Abbotsford within two days and ready upon pick up on two bigger orders. Great prices and great help! Thanks for making my job so easy Tile Mart!

We had a great experience in dealing with tile mart. Great selections and helpfulness with the staff. We live in Kelowna and they have nothing like this here. We made a special trip to Abbotsford to pick up our tile. Thank you Tile mart… you need to come out to Kelowna. They need you here.
