The easiest 10/10 I could ever give- in every category!
I called Majestic Elegance after reading other positive reviews, in tears after my hair was bleached and nearly falling out from another salon's mistake. The owner kindly said I could come in and they could see how they could help- the SAME day I called! I was so thankful for the opening she had made for me. When I showed up to the salon I was greeted with a (beautiful) and reassuring smile, and with more tears I sat in the chair. The salon itself was peaceful and beautifully decorated with nature scenes, water fountains, and plants. A very nice change compared to the typical glamor and glitter at every other salon.
The owner reassured me that she would be able to help and we would NOT have to cut my hair off. She knew exactly what to do to fix my hair- giving me both options and her advice which I loved. I am pregnant and did not think to eat before my appointment. I had a couple pieces of candy and the owner noticed- offering me real food and something to drink. I was blown away by the genuine kindness- it seems so hard to come by these days.
I felt like I was cared for by my own family! Not only was the experience absolutely wonderful, my hair turned out the BEST it has EVER looked. Seeing the before and after photos, you would not know it is the same hair.
