Today in the drive-thru, I ordered an Everthing Bagel, two farmer breakfast wraps, and two French vanillas, one of which had espresso. No doubt, the wrap and bagel were wonderful, and I was impressed at first. But when I tried French Vanilla, it was the worst coffee I'd ever had. It tasted like water with a little bit of coffee, and the other espresso one only had espresso flavour with no taste of french vanilla. I'm not sure why you guys do that to customers. It is not only a waste of money, but also of time, as we wait for our orders and still at last we are getting the food like this. I'm not sure if you're out of stuff like cream or anything else, so why don't you just mention that it is not available. I am not going to come back here again.

If there would be negative points then I will give it, worst service and food presentation… the girl with cat eye at serving window doesn’t know how to be respectful with clients, I think manager need to start giving their workers classes how to control their face expressions, respectful, to be good listener most important. There are only few times when I got good coffee otherwise it got worse every time.

Everything about this place is now awful. Every time I come to this Tim Horton it’s an instant 15 min wait at drive through. What’s even more funny about this we can see the staff inside and they are not doing anything about their efficiency or hustle. Half the time they are just talking and standing around. Or the best part yet they just watch the other staff work.
Absolute trash.
