Nice community, I live in it. The lakes are nasty like swimming in dirty toilet.

Its a year later and nothing has changed! If you dont have many friends then I guess it would be ok for you to live here. Other wise you get anonamous slanderous letters in the mail from fake address in Timberlakes calling you a drug dealer. And they deny knowing anything about it! But I have a family member in law enforcement that states they do know and its an intimidation ploy to get people that dont fit in to their ideas how they think you should live. And Im not the only person whom feels this way in the community. So I would talk to a few neighbors before trying to buy a home here. Good luck

It is extremely hard to do anything with your property with the covenants that change regularly based on the will of the the board that doesn't like anyone who is different or trying to live on a fixed income. Trying to live green and reduce your carbon footprint? Don't live here. You will run into obstacles and every twist and turn and finally throw in the towel. Then your property will be worthless because everyone knows about this place. The dogs bark like crazy all night but nobody does anything about it, you want to know why? Because of intimidation. Stear clear.
