Everyone that work here is amazing friendly happy people. And it's a great bank, but there still stuck in the 1900's to get your routing number & checking number. You have to come into the branch.... Literally no other way to recover YOUR important information, you have to physically take time out of your day to go into the branch. I'm gonna switch to a different bank

Timberland bank has always given me quality care. I have been banking with them for probably 13 - 15 years. They are one of the few banks that still has a drive up window. If you are handicapped that is a big plus if you don't have to stand in line to wait for a teller. They are always helpful and have a smile on their face. I have no complaints.

Every person working there had a positive attitude and seemed to know each person coming into the bank. As I was opening a checking account, I overheard the customer talking about someone close to her passing away and the female teller went around to where she was and asked if she could hug her, then said a few encouraging words then went back to her station. I felt that was very heartwarming and I really liked seeing that. Everyone's so distant these days. So even out of an all business day, they still have heart!
