Lots of choices, fast staff, helpful, decent prices. Store was a bit busy due to holidays, but expected. Got a nice pair of deep snow boots with suede for 99$, steal. Also got a coat, which was supposed to be longer than an older one, but only by 2 inches. Her coat is a foot longer...

Very bad customer service policy. I bought a pair of hiking boots 3 days ago, tried to replace them with different size because they were really hurting. They refused even discussing that.
