I'm in love with this bar. Excellent atmosphere with a cyberpunk/neo-Tokyo vibe. The interior design effort on display is outstanding. There's a 16 foot floor to ceiling mural that's full of details related to 80s cyberpunk and pinball, a scale model of the Spinner from Blade Runner, and the bar's countertop is filled with old PCBs.
When I was here all the machines were operational, and the ones I played are well maintained for competition. Both games and drinks are priced fairly.
Good local food choices if the instant ramen offerings don't suit your fancy. I had a bowl of Shin. The interior accents, the music, and noise all came together and made a simple $2 bowl of ramen feel great. They also provide add-ons like kewpie, mushrooms, nori, and the such.
