Working with Tina and Off Mulholland was amazing from beginning to end. I cannot speak highly enough of Tina's determination to help us find our dream home, which she did! I chose to work with her because from the day I started reaching out to multiple agents she was the first to contact me back immediately and her consistency never faltered. She never missed a beat answering any questions day or night, weekday or weekend. What truly made her a pleasure to work with was her demeanor. She was someone who negotiated hard and long when needed but our personal interactions always felt comfortable and like I was working with a good friend. Her knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding areas was extremely helpful, even to a local. There were many moving parts and people involved in our process and she handled everything with grace and ease. She is a gem and I am so happy we found her at the beginning of our search.

Tina is awesome. Like Rockstar quality awesome. But not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s also a sincerely nice person to work with! No one likes dragging their kids around to Open House after Open House for months on end but that’s exactly what my hubby and I just did to find the perfect place for us. And each time we’d show up to another listing, Tina would be there, greeting us with a smile on her face, a laugh for the kiddos, and ready to get to work. Tina really listened carefully to us so she could learn our tastes and what was ultimately most important for us so she could steer us in the right direction to the home of our dreams. Through every step of the way Tina delivered. She was on the ball answering emails, phone calls, and texts. She showed up prepared with printed color listings for us to look at, and even managed to “save the day” once when hubby and I showed up close to an hour late for a showing due to kid-related-lateness (read: massive tantrums!) What should have resulted in not getting in to see that house that day, Tina worked her magic and managed to still get us in for a showing! After months of looking, when hubby and I were just about ready to settle and make an offer (just to be done with it all), Tina swooped in yet again with Herculean strength and sent us an email about 2 off-market listings! (One of which ended up being the home we just bought!) Through the months we spent with Tina looking for homes, she ended up knowing us better than we knew ourselves and “saved” us from purchasing a home for the sake of ending the hunt. I’m sooooo grateful for Tina’s perseverance and dedication to get us the home of our dreams, with the yard of our dreams (my biggest wish!) with a pool(!!!) and amazing kitchen to boot! If you have the chance to work with Tina for your next home purchase, run and get in line to work with her! Tina has an amazing work ethic and a non-stop drive to make sure you are really and truly satisfied with your home.

Mrs. Tina Fanelli Moraccini is a hardworking real estate agent with an extensive knowledge and experience in the greater Los Angeles area. She has also a great network of trade professionals working with her. So, if you need anything to be done/repairs to your next property, just ask Tina and you won’t have any stress or wait. This has been very helpful for us. We moved from another state where we bought and sold several properties along our life and we had never met a realtor like Tina. She is generous person with her time and efforts to get you the most perfect home. Her efforts don’t stop at the end of the transaction, we needed help several times and, she came right away and answered our questions. This is the type of person Tina is! We are so fortunate to know her it is why we cannot recommend her more! Your happiness in your future home depends on it!
