Dr. Siu and her team are INCREDIBLE! Other orthodontists charged a hefty consultation fee for Invisalign and the plans they offered felt inflated. Dr. Siu gave me a free consultation and the plan we came up with was cheaper and quicker—only 7 months to get my smile back 😄
Not only is Dr. Siu very accommodating, she and her team are very patient and kind, and took time to explain my options. Additionally, they are very detail oriented and do not cut any corners. Simply THE BEST!
I have had the pleasant experience of being a patient under Dr. Siu for over a decade. Her steel trapped mind, paired along with her affable personality, makes her one of the best in California. Dr. Siu employs the use of patient centered care, and has the highest technical skills to perform such interventions. She is excellent at listening to your concerns and can give answers that is not only founded on a plethora of experience, but also threaded with evidence based practice. When asked complex questions, Dr. Siu uses patient friendly language (layman's terms). You will never be confused with her plan of care.
The entire staff at this clinic is excellent. They handle varying levels of insurance, scheduling conflicts, and oral health issues with the up-most professionalism and kindness. Throughout the years, I have been greeted as if I was an immediate family member.
To add a cherry on top, I was awarded the Best Smile of the class of 2018 in high school.
