Review is only for realty, as a selling group. Bought my home, they were the seller's agent. They didn't seem to care or have much attention to the prospective buyer. Calls often gone unanswered or un-returned. Once the Home Inspection was done, they found several items that needed to be fix by Code. And I also found issues - Windows would not open due to paint or bad form. Missing parts. Home inspection found leaking water lines, and were told to fix. Upon second inspection, home inspector said the line was not leaking and fixed. Once I did another inspection my self I found ....the seller agent, Tinetti, simply turned the water off to the entire house. I made this aware to the inspector, said his job was done. Contacted the Tinetti agent, said inspector said it was fixed. I said no. Sent pictures and the steps of what happened. I said it needs to be fixed. They offered to give me replacement valves (that were leaking at the threads). I said no, needs to be fixed. They stopped returning my calls. I left a BBB report. Then they contacted me. They eventually reduced a cost to me but never returned. And never fixed it. They also didn't finish code requirements for a PRV on a Hot water heater. Windows were fixed, they damaged siding getting them open. Their reluctance to do it right or have people that know what there doing is very worrisome. I'll never be involved with this company ever again.
