Sept 2022 Just got a Taro Milk tea with coconut jelly from here. The milk tea was decent, not amazing but not bad. Note the coconut jelly option is actually lychee jelly. The person who took my order told me this and asked if that was fine, which it was, but still disappointed. One minor annoyance is that I asked for less ice, but ended up with no ice instead. Not that big a deal, but still annoying. The staff were friendly and quick.
A few things to note. The bubble tea place is inside the pho place. If you just want the bubble tea, go ahead and just order at the counter. They only have one size of drink, but the price is pretty good for the amount (says someone from the DC area). They gave me one of those buzzer things so I would know when my drink was ready. A bit strange for a bubble tea place, but that's how they do things.
