I am surprised they are still in business. Terrible workmanship and horrible customer service. I went in for an alignment and they left my control arm bolt loose, when i brought it back the gentleman told me that they do not loosen the camber bolt to do an alignment. He said he would come out and check the vehicle and had me waiting for over 20 mins while he walked around the EMPTY shop looking busy trying to ignore me. The control arms were recently replaced (i told them the day i drove it in) and they’re stating that the shop caused the issue but not tightening the bolts. But if you’re doing an alignment why are you not setting to manufacture specifications and double checking all bolt that will affect your alignment?
All around terrible and do not recommend.
They supposedly fix the issue with a band aid, i will be going somewhere else for my alignment needs.
