I have shopped here for a long time. They're a good place to go, and they don't usually lie. Yet I have noticed that something has changed. They will take advantage of you in many ways and change your records to deny you warranty. I have many examples, but I will share the one that broke the camels back if you catch my drift.
Story, I bot a set of tires from tires plus a while back. Different store, south reno. I would say the tires were half done when there was loss of air in ONE tire. I discovered it on the tread and knew It was an easy job. I took it in, and later, they told me it was on the side wall. This meant they would have to replace all of them, since it was all wheel drive. Which us a lie since last time this happened and it was under warranty, they did only the front last time. This was another story. Back to the main story. I ended up saying what about the warranty and they said I never purchased it. I have copy's of everything, so I know it was a lie. Told them, they said not on their end? Well anyways, I ended up paying $900 and got the warranty again, I know they're going to lie again if this happened again. 🙃
