After Physzique closed I spent months looking for the perfect gym for me. 30 extra pounds later, I found Titan and am so glad I did. They have tough workouts in a non intimidating environment with very motivating trainers and welcoming members. Now I am back down that 30 pounds and with more muscle and strength than I have ever had. I love that there is no planning on my part. I just have to show up and the workout is already planned out for me. It’s just under an hour of my life each day and with so many class times offered, I really don’t have an excuse to miss one. Thanks Titan Fitness, you guys are the best!!!!
