In both of my home purchases, I used Titan Inspection. Brian was my inspector in 2021 who was super awesome and helpful. Jordan was my most recent inspector in 2024. Both of my homes were new construction but still had a lot of minor imperfections and things for me to take note off. Jordan was so thorough and caught things I never would have thought of looking for or pay attention too. For example, he noticed all the windows didn’t have window screens and saved me thousands by including that in my inspection addendum to the seller. Even after my home purchases, I still refer to the Titan Inspection reports for educational purposes and as reference guides. Thank you Titan for all your great work representing home buyers!!!

Without a doubt Mr. Shwan Cushman has been the best inspector we ever had. He did an amazing job and provided insights and explanations as we went along conducting the inspection. He was very respectful and cordial at all times.
His work on the inspection report was just as professional and detailed. My spouse and myself are more than satisfied with TITAN Services over all. Happy to recommend to everyone and anyone. Thank you for a job well done!

Titan was FANTASTIC! Not only were they prompt and able to do to so my inspection when we needed it, but they explained the process up front and provided a narrative on their findings. It was easy for me to understand and I know they were being thorough because they even identified areas they looked at but had no findings to report. I highly recommend them.
