office was "close" on saturday and sunday
theres was a 100$ fee to bring "someone" to the office then send back to the police department to get a release another 170$
had to drive 3 times to downey police station to get a release 500$ for 3 days and towing fee this is just a scam
no fees displayed on the place
just stay away from this place!!

Truck was stolen and recovered by chp, they called for a truck from this company to tow my truck from an embankment after the individual who stole the truck went off the road. Victim of crime due to theft of my truck and also victimized by this company for charges of a service they did not render. Filed a complaint with chp about the situation, they charged me extra money for a truck that was not used claiming they needed two trucks, chp verified with officer on the scene that they only needed one truck and it had to be a flatbed truck. They sent the wrong truck but still added the charge to my fees, I would've been more than happy to pay whatever services the one truck rendered that was actually used but I had to pay the full balance to get my truck back so that extra fees could not be added.

If you get into an accident or someone tows your vehicle to this location, don’t use this place specifically because they charge a lot after one day of sitting for 275 inside their police impound, than it’s 175 per hour/day after it hits 5pm for your car sitting inside their yard! front desk employee is very rude, some workers inside are rude to you & they have horrible customer service unless they like you.
