Rich is the man. He picked up the phone first ring and even in a pinch, got in his truck and came to get me to take me to the nearest auto parts store. Didn't have a ton of luck in my own situation, but in a pinch and when things aren't looking up, the folks at Titanium are friendly, courteous and extremely reasonable. They want to help. I had a car needed to be towed from near LAX to OC. They responded immediately when I called. They were really friendly and kept me updated.

Quickly came to the accident site, and was really honest about what the best next steps were. Also let me come by on a Saturday to pick up stuff from my totaled car. Solid service :)
