I called to ask if they install hitches and they were super kind to ask the technicians if they could. I brought in my vehicle and they installed my hitch same day. I had my previous car taken in here a couple times and always had wonderful service!!

The service staff at Titus-Will Parkland showed true customer service. There was a disconnect of communication between sales & service. However, when I called the service department about a service I purchased when my new baby was purchased, they apologized for the miscommunication and got me in that same day. They made me a priority and provided the service immediately after arriving. They were very kind and accommodating. Looking forward to them help me take care of the new addition to our Chevy family.
