I moved into the Laurel Court apartment building more than 5 years ago. I had to rush, and so I did not do the move in checklist properly. The black speck that was in the kitchen light was a dead cockroach. After the first year, the cockroaches were everywhere. They finally dealt with them. After the 3rd year, we started having issues when they would schedule a time for inspection but cancel, then charge us the cancelation fee. After the 4th year, the district manager came by for a "surprise inspection." We didn't know it was an inspection until he was halfway through the door. After telling them we had video proof, the only thing they did was put someone else in charge. No apologies or anything. Be careful when renting any of the properties they manage.

I have been renting from TJ Guyer for the past 6 years and it has been a great experience. Karen was managing the complex where I live and was amazing. She now works with maintenance and is always so helpful. Thank you Karen for being so kind and truly caring about people.

Since day one of first my father moving into this building and then years later when I moved in Ken Ridler has been one of the most ultimate managers throughout all time like whether you had a problem inside your apartment outside your apartment strangers on the property garbage that had repeatedly get dumped over the outside work keeping it nice and clean Ken is absolutely done and an amazing job and definitely should be rewarded. He knows his job and does it way well. Then he goes up and beyond. Thanks Ken for sticking with us all these years
