Great customer service... I had Fourteen (14) rewards coupons and the cashier was so courteous despite the "extra" time it took to check out. Organized store as well.
I was discriminated at this Tjmaxx, I went to return 4 items all of them have tags and I did have my receipt! the cashier started to scann everything and she called someone else to verify my receipt and Compared the tags attached to the clothes I was returning, they turned their back on me and they we're just talking and looking at me like I was a criminal! I'm HISPANIC AND NEXT to me was a white lady also returning like 15 items , they were very attentive to her and they took her return no problem , no questions ask , this lady told me they were picking on my because my race and I was so embarrassed, at this point everyone was looking at me , to make things worst I asked to to talk to the manager and she told me they were checking the brand on my return because they didn't look familiar , Calvin Klein is not familiar to Tjmaxx? at the end everything match my receipt and I got my money back but they were so terrible including the manager . I spoke to Mike the general manager the next day and he apologized but those people need to get fired , reading at the reviews I can see that I'm not the only one who have dealt with this . Mike you also need to to do better you know what's going on because I'm not the only one who have Complaint about similar incidents and you haven't done anything to fix it !
