I love how organized and clean the store looks. Everything is easy to find and the employees were nice and friendly. The bathrooms were very clean too. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because they charged me twice for my entire purchase which is kind of scary but when I returned to the store the cashier was helpful and nice and assured me that the charge should be dropped by the next day from my account.
Edit: My experience regarding the double charge to my account was very confusing and frustrating. The charge to my account wasn’t dropped like I was told so I’m giving the store a lower rating. I was told two different things by the employees at TJ Maxx until eventually I called my credit union and they were able to fix it. I love the prices and variety at TJ Maxx but ultimately I don’t think the stress of whether or not they’ll double charge me again is worth it so I probably won’t go back. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but it’s just more trouble than it’s worth to buy anything from there.
