My fav store but 1 star because of cashier.
Bought 2 items, the cashier asked if i need a bag and i said no because i bring my own bag. When i put my bulky grocery bag in cashier counter, she was saying "Is that your bagggg???". Like hellooo???? Did you just assume i'm stealing???????. How dare her. She totally ruin my day.
And last year, when i'm returning my purchase, the machine won't accept my card and for couple times and i asked if it's possible to use another card. And the cashier was saying like "Do you want your return or not??".
They have really bad customer service. I came here almost everyweek and saw the manager around the cashier clerk is not friendly at all.
Except the ladies working for fitting room, they are all so kind and sweet.
