Very respectful doctor. Cares enough to sanitize his hands, wear gloves when appropriate, and wear a mask at all times. He was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know, in layman’s terms. This is by far the best ENT doctor I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Also, he's a very skilled surgeon. I had a parotidectomy and now, 6 months later, I have full feeling in the skin tissue of the area and am not afraid of cutting my face shaving anymore. The scar, also, is not noticable. Not once has anyone asked me what happened to the side of my face. Even those I've revealed I've had head and neck surgery to have had difficulty guessing what side of my face was operated on. Don't worry, you're in good hands. BTW, his name is pronounced Cho-son Cho-aw.
