Highly recommend. Incredible staff, in particular Fran. I first met Fran at the Victoria location when I was setting up my baby shower registry 6 years ago. She goes above and beyond for customer service, knowledge and professionalism. From our first car seat, to our stroller and all baby necessities in between, her product knowledge has helped me find the best items for my children over the years. I now frequent the Colwood store she has moved to for all of my shopping. Thank you for everything over the years & now helping me find the perfect baby gifts for my friends & family. After months of being overwhelmed by the endless, bewilderjng combinations of strollers and car seats, I finally went to TJ Kiddies after several poor experiences at competing kids stores. I realized quickly why every local mom I knew recommended this place. The staff are knowledgeable and kind, with unending patience for questions and a wide selection in stock. I didn't feel pressured, and their prices were very fair. Sukh helped us find the right stroller for us, and I know TJ Kiddies will be my first stop for baby and kid items from now on!

So glad to have a TJs out in Colwood. We have enjoyed shopping here for our first child. The crew is so knowledgeable and the ladies were able to teach us how to use the stroller and install the car seat in our car. Looking forward to more future visits at this store!
