I am more than thrilled to write a review for Lukas Fancy. He is the tile-handyman and more who l found when searching for someone who could install our new Whirlpool built in microwave. In short he has a terrific people personality along with being greatly skilled. So lucky. He also hung a swing seat in our oak tree and made it wonderfully safe for our granddaughter. I recommend him highly as well as being joyful when searching for someone so qualified. Yay!

We had a great experience with TLC. Lukas responded quickly to my initial inquiry and gave a detailed, fairly-priced estimate to repair and replace water damaged, rotted exterior beams and gates. Lukas is creative and thoughtful in his work, presenting options and giving advice. He and his crew cleaned up every day and were friendly and professional. Thank you!

I hired Lukas assemble and install a very complicated metal shed that had hundreds of nuts, bolts, washers and screws, the job took hours to complete but he and his helper William took great care to finish the job on time and at a great price. Will definitely use Lukas again for other projects I have around my home in Thousand Oaks.
