I walked in and was able to be seen right away for a pedicure. I looked at all the reviews before coming in, which is why I gave them a try for the first time. But my experience with the nail technician was horrible. I wanted a gel pedicure as that is what I normally get. To remove the gel I already on my toes, she used a nail grinder to take it off. As she was taking the old gel polish she chipped away at multiple of my toes, that I can see my nail flying off. When clipping my toe nails I tell her I want square shaped. Because one my big toe is broken & chipped due to her roughly grinding off my polish, I say cut all my toe nails short but same length. As she cuts my toenails, I make a comment about my nails not being the same shape. Not only that she cut them so short there wasn't much there. I guess she didn't like that because she points at my other foot that a few toes are cut round not square when from my previous pedicure. Then proceeds to cut my other toenails and ask me is it to my liking. At this point im over it, you're the nail tech why are you asking me? Takes her almost an hour to do my pedicure. She was stingy with the cuticle softener, didn't even go under my toenails to clean out the dead skin. Barely cut back my cuticles. When bringing out the tools to use on me they were in a plastic tool box, I couldn't see if anything she used on me was cleaned or new( foot scrub & nail file) I honestly should have left when she was grinding off my toe nails. I didn't catch her name but she was an older lady. My toenails are all different lengths and my big toe is shaped crooked. The fact that they charge 15 dollars more for gel and they don't even soak off the polish is a rip off. The fact that she wanted argue with me over the shape of my nails and the quality of service I received I won't be coming back. If you look most of their reviews are on manicures or acrylic nails, so I guess they do that good.
