Customer service and sales teams lack of full and detail responses for on-line orders. They leave very short answers and non-descriptive responses on order status, refunds and shipping. I was not pleased.

I bought my little brother a Christmas present through Amazon, and it never got delivered. Hoping that it was just a mistake, I contacted TNS Deals, which they sent me a replacement. So far so good. The replacement never came. The tracking number said it was undeliverable. After running around to two different post offices to get the location of the package, USPS stated that the package was getting shipped back to the seller. This is absolutely nuts, considering I've been an Amazon customer for over 5 years without any issues with shipment. This situation was totally out of my hands, and I had absolutely no control over the outcome. Now, I won't have it in my hands ON Christmas, so I requested a refund. THE SELLER HAD THE NERVE TO EMAIL ME THIS: "Your address is pretty annoying. We will make refund with return and will report our black list." UM WHAT? This is the worst customer service response I've ever received EVER. If you want to deal with someone completely offensive, then go with these guys.
