As a first time home buyer, I was... LOST. I didn't know much about home inspections or how to determine a good home inspector from a bad one. I called Tyler and he answered while he was on vacation(first positive sign). After scheduling the inspection, we met at the property a few days later. He showed up on time and was very thorough and friendly during the inspection. We didn't end up getting that house. A few days later we found another house and wanted to do a pre-inspection. With only a couple hours notice and a deep drive Tyler showed up to the rescue. Shortly after both inspections, he sent a very detailed report and answered all of our questions. My girlfriend and I now have a lovely house and a new friend. I highly recommend Tyler.
