If you enjoy being treated like garbage and an inconvenience to the manager, then by all means shop at this store! I have had bad customer service....BUT the service at this store is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST! Not only is the service terrible but the owners son who is the manager, thinks it's appropriate to speak extremely rude to customers and acts as though the consumers are idiots and we (the paying customer), are not important! Well guess what buddy, without our business driving your revenue, you wouldn't have a freaking job! I used to shop here a lot and have spent a lot of money at this store. 100% would gladly continue because of the variety and price of their merch....as long as THEY GOT A NEW MANAGER OR CURRENT ONE RECEIVED A LESSON ON CUST. SERVICE AND WENT TO A CLASS TO LEARN MANNERS/ POLITENESS! Giving one star is to generous! Unfortunately, you have to so your post can be seen!

The younger man who says he's the owner was not very nice. I just asked a couple questions and he acted like I was asking too much of him. This is the 3rd time I've stopped in to see better customer service from him but sadly not..so I'm leaving this review.

Went in guy had a line was helping other before helping us. Then rushed my wife knowing we come in all the time and spend a bunch of money. No customer service, no politeness just rude. Gave use
the vape straight out the case didn't put it back in the box or clean it off. Just a vape off the display shelf. I understand life is hard but at least look like you work there and not at the gym 24/7. Tank top and shorts is not a work uniform. Stressed my wife out making her feel like she was doing something wrong.
