They ruined my heirloom fur jacket and I am currently in a dispute with them. I sent it in to get it hemmed and they dry cleaned it. These people are idiots, not professionals. Any professional would know not to dry clean a fur coat because it falls apart. And they still made me pay my dry cleaning bill. Do NOT go here.

Their service is deplorable! Blouses returned with no buttons, missing items never returned, high prices, and very, very poor customer service. Do yourself a big favor & do not choose this business for your dry cleaning needs. I was spoke to so rudely by their manager, that I actually walked out crying. They are in no way customer oriented, and I witnessed some very rude treatment towards their own employees. If they don't treat their internal customers well (employees), they certainly will not treat their external customers well (us). Shame on you Today Cleaners!

I am a first time customer and showed the manager an online coupon from their website. I asked him more than once politely to accept their coupon for $2.50 on my $28 bill. He refused with no apology. Please catch up to the times...customer service is vital to us millennials! I will not be returning.
