I love Tokyo beauty because of their overall friendly service and price, so I won’t rate it negatively, but for this Tokyo beauty on SFU campus, I am truly disappointed with their overzealous service and false advertising, I went there one day, and told them I was just randomly browsing and will let them know if I need any help, but every time I stopped to check an item, one of the sales will come over and give me advice, all advice would either be taking that item or taking another more expensive one. The way she convinced me was deception, because with her unremitting efforts, I bought three items. When I used them, I found that the actual effects of the three products had nothing to do with what she said, and were even completely opposite. For example, I said I wanted to find a high-shine lipstick, and the one she chose for me was almost matte. I felt that maybe she was the boss, so she worked so hard to sell it, but despite this, I felt that she didn’t understand her products and couldn't understand the customer's needs, but these are not important. What is important is that she does not have to forcefully sell because I did not ask for help, and she should not deceive customers in order to achieve her goal. However this won’t stop me from going to Tokyo beauty because I love their products, but I guess next time when I go, I should just tell them not to bother me unless I need help and told so. By the way, all their products are final sale, not returnable or exchangeable. That means, if this happens to you, do listen to your heart because you are the one who makes payment and also the one that won’t get money back.

I'm so glad there's a Tokyo Beauty store here! I can get all my usual skincare products and supplements, which makes things so convenient. They also have tons of yummy snacks!

I love their products! It’s really useful and suitable for me. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them and they can always find the products I need. Definitely will come back!
