DO NOT GO HERE!! Canceled sending my referrals out and never told me. And refused to work on me even thou they take my Insurence.
They previously told me to schedule a deep cleaning and that they would be sending me a referral to speak to root canal specialist. So I made the root canal appointment, took the day off work however I couldn't get work done because without telling me Linda canceled it! I finally got a hold of Linda and she tells me they're not scheduling my cleaning or root canal until I come in for the consultation even though we had discussed all this at a previous appointment. She claimed it was because mouths can change in two months and they want to make sure I still need those procedures.
Well I show up 4 weeks later for consultation and am told they won't be doing any of the work including the deep cleaning but NEVER looked at my mouth. Said it's because I need my entire mouth redone and she isn't comfortable working on other dentist work?? The dentist said she would give me the root canal referral but when I called Linda refused! Apparently she makes all the decisions.
My question to them isn't why they wouldn't do any work on me but why would you make me wait 4 weeks to tell me, I can only change dentist office on the 1st of the month. They have literally put other areas of my life on hold. Months of only chewing on one side, to now start all over. To refuse to give me a refferal to fix a painful tooth because I should redo my entire bite is crazy. I'm sorry but that's not realistic for everyone. Linda the receptionist was just horrible to communicate with.
Also said my new bridge would be 8,000 and rudely assumed I couldn't pay that and to get get work done by dental students. I️ got a new one for 1,600 using a dentist who is out of network. Such a waste of my time and paying for dental Insurence. Only open 3 days a week, with limited hours.
