My family has been with Allstate for well over 25 years. I’ve never had any issues with my insurance company. If there ever was a time where I had questions or concerns. All I needed to do was call my agent/Tom Bennett’s office and the staff are always very friendly and professional. If they were unable to answer my questions/concerns right away. They always call me within a couple hours with an answer/resolution. Ive hear horror stories from friends when dealing with their insurance companies. I feel lucky to know that my family is in good hands with Allstate.

I have no problem with my service.. except that I don’t have much interaction with it. I’ve been wondering if I I could qualify for a lower monthly payment. I signed up and been paying automatically for over a year. Luckily I haven’t needed to file a claim. But should I call to see if anything has changed?

They are the worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with and they are doing whatever to not be held accountable. Their insured person isn’t doing anything to make this right even though they know they’re at the wrong and won’t do what they need to do to get ahold of their insured person. I’m someone who isn’t at fault and the other person is and there’s a police report to support this and they refusing to send one of there adjusters out to get this process started and this is my only vehicle.
