Got a mid-sized Synik and a HLT that I can't recommend enough

No better bag than a Tom Bihn bag! My husband and I are long time Tom Bihn fans and stopped in to the new store during a layover in Seattle. The space is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming and knowledgable. It's a real pleasure to see and feel all their products in person and nerd out on features with the store associates. I've owned a Synapse (among other Bihn bags) for 5 years and it has virtually no signs of wear. The quality is superb. Got a few things in-store that are equally high quality. Can't go wrong here!
