I have always used this location for all cellular needs & have never experienced such terrible customer service until I was served by Suzan. She was beyond difficult to work with, unprofessional & not the least bit helpful with information. I have been helped by her twice in hopes the first was a one off, however the second interaction was just as unprofessional & unhelpful.

She was very help and polite to me in changing providers from Rogers to Telus she told me about the plan and what one was better for me she really friendly need more people like her I differently will deal with her from now on .

Suzan was very knowledgeable and very helpful to my needs and concerns. She got me setup with exactly what I was looking for and more.
